IMMENSE PRIDE: CIA CAMPI QUI PUGUI ADAPTS ON THE WAY TO SCHOOL IN JAPAN!

The Catalan theatre company Cia Campi Qui Pugui creates poetic performances accessible to audiences of all ages.

The company created and staged the show Camí a l’escola, inspired by the film On the Way to School. After more than 200 performances, they reached a new milestone by giving their first international performance at the Ricca Ricca Festa festival in Okinawa, Japan!

On stage, the company recreates the real journeys of children traveling to school, as depicted in the film. The festival team in Okinawa reconstructed the set, and every detail was carefully designed to provide a faithful and immersive experience.

Being a partner in such an event and seeing On the Way to School adapted for the stage by Cia Campi Qui Pugui is a tremendous source of pride.

The emotion it evokes in the Japanese audience, children from China and Taiwan, as well as international companies, perfectly illustrates the universal impact of this story.
